Our client is an international production company that is currently in the phase of stable development of distribution and production operations in Poland. The company is a significant player in the field of professional surface treatment. 

Account Manager

Location: Poland South 

Zakres obowiązków

  • Develop the company's sales network by initiating contact with new, potential customers
  • Identify, visit and develop relationships with both prospective and current clients
  • Use technical knowledge to convince prospective and current clients to choose company’s products
  • Develop both short-term and long-term sales opportunities
  • Monitor customer contacts where the time between first contact and conclusion can take several weeks or months - act as the main point of contact for all parties both internally and externally 
  • Develop and monitor proposals closely in order to complete the deals
  • Close collaboration with the local director and the administration team 
  • Develop commercial responsibility for customer accounts in Poland South


  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a commercial position
  • Higher education (Bachelor or Master’s degree)
  • Readiness for traveling work mode
  • Able to speak Polish fluently and have a good knowledge of English 
  • Technical understanding and a strong interest in technical products
  • Knowledge of the metal industry business is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic entrepreneur, driven by the challenge to develop a new geographical client portfolio
  • Willing and able to spend a large part of time developing new markets
  • A good communicator, able to work autonomously and have a structured approach to work
