Zakres obowiązków
- Performing the duties of a Works Manager within the meaning of construction law
- Supporting the Site Manager and cooperation with the entire investment team
- Running and managing the contract by the adopted schedule and budget
- Ongoing control as well as cost and schedule optimization of construction
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Assessment and quality control of work performed
- Coordinating of employees and supervision over subcontractors' activities
Wymagania
- 5 years of experience as a Works Manager / Site Manager in the hydrotechnical industry
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
- Higher construction education
- Polish construction license for managing hydrotechnical works
- Driving license
