For our client who is a leading provider of cargo and load handling solutions, we are looking for Candidates for the position of HR Project Manager.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Drive Sales & Service Support Center establishment efforts, including but not limited to detailed organization and capacity planning, managing recruitment pipeline and onboarding, knowledge transition planning, competence development planning and career path concept development together with the new Sales & Service Support Center Manager
  • Coaching the organization on change management principles
  • Ensuring that all deliverables are fit for purpose, meet quality expectations and that appropriate standards are applied
  • Ensuring that people risks and issues are appropriately identified, assessed and managed
  • Working with teams from across the local business, Market Areas, WCED program, as well as external stakeholders to deliver solutions to problems and improvement to the SSSC
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively along projects to all stakeholders to keep parties informed, ensure change management activities and monitor deployment changes in organizations
  • Provide briefing and advice on progress as required to relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring effective communication of the project aims, objectives, processes and issues to all internal and external stakeholders involved in the projects
  • Organising and supporting meetings of the relevant working groups
  • In close collaboration with the SSSC Manager and local CBS HR, look for the best options to avoid and/or resolve labour conflicts in the project
  • All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Standards for HR procedures, policies, processes and learning & development programmes

Wymagania

  • University degree in HR, business, finance or similar
  • Broad experience across Human Resources areas
  • Experienced in change management preferably with project management concerning international transitions and/or outsourcing involving change management
  • Demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and influence those with whom no formal hierarchical relationship exists, building strong peer relationships across many different teams in an international environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skill, strong in creating communications and documentation is a big plus
  • Profound understanding of matrix organisation role and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge transfer methodology
  • Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Focus on quality and committed to assigned deliverables until project closure
  • Assertive, proactive, and results-focused
  • Capable to solve conflicts with seniority and mutual respect towards parties
  • Preferably solid shared services concept and process understanding
  • Preferably knowledge of process documentation
  • Flexibility and some travelling may be required
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
