- Responsibility for developing the product portfolio, creating new products,
- Preparation and implementation of the development strategy of the subordinate product category,
- Creating product concepts, developing new products in close cooperation with the Sales Department, NPD and Plant Manager,
- Launching and validating new products on the market,
- Preparation of price recommendations for new and current products (price change), supervision of product price calculations,
- Active participation in sales meetings and preparation of required presentations,
- Active monitoring of new products on the market, identification of market trends,
- Coordination of promotional activities, sales support.
- Experience in product or brand management, concept creation and validation,
- At least 5 years of experience gained in production company in FMCG industry,
- Experience in private label will be an asset,
- Experience in leading marketing campaigns, product development, product strategy creation, product management,
- Higher education (marketing, product management, technology nutrition or related),
- Good command of English,
- Independence in achieving the objectives and tasks assigned,
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to dynamic changes.
