As Global System Administrator, you will be part of the IT Operations team and representing one of the three pillars of the company's IT organization which consists of Global IT Operations, Global ERP Implementation, and Data & Analytics. The Global System Administrator will manage all IT-technical aspects of the company’s global regulatory software platform. The position will have a significant impact on the daily operations of one of the most critical software platforms – Intelligent Authoring.
Zakres obowiązków
Your responsibilities and deliverables:
- Administer and support Intelligent Authoring platform
- Monitor and maintain the automated operations of the IA platform
- Develop an understanding of the integrations between IA and other systems (AX, Tableau, Poison Centres, etc)
- Modify, create and develop data flows of integrations between IA and other systems
- Modify, create and develop scripts and algorithms using IA tools
- Modify, create and develop labels and forms using IA tools
- Willing to develop basic understanding of how various regulatory agencies affect operations
- Support end users with IA tools and with printing of labels at manufacturing sites around the world
- Support end users who are not fluent in English
- Close coordination with other IT Professionals from a variety of other infrastructure disciplines
- Manage relationship with IT Software vendor for IA system
- Assessment of system performance and recommendation of improvements
- Manage one major annual IA upgrade project, acting as project manager for a team of 3-5 individuals
- Diagnose problems by analyzing logfiles from a variety of systems
- Develop action plans for remediation of problems and development of solutions
- Perform 3-4 minor upgrades annually of regulatory databases and support systems
- Coordinate mass calculations during ERP implementation projects (prepare input data, analyze & solve errors)
- Work closely with ERP implementation team to support integration with IA and loading data
Wymagania
Your profile:
- B.Sc./B.A. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, comparable training or experience
- 5 years of professional experience; at least 2 years in comparable position
- Experience in systems installation, configuration, and analysis
- Required technical skills & knowledge
o Basic scripting & algorithm development
o Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019
o Knowledge of SQL & PSQL
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain proactive communication, high interactions, and positive working relationships with colleagues
- Experienced in participating in and managing projects with teams from a variety of cultures and languages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experienced in working with a geographically dispersed team
- Occasional travel (1-2 times per year max)
