IT MANAGER (TSL industry)
Zakres obowiązków
- Managing an IT team supporting road transport in the field of projects carried out in Poland and in the Cluster (selected Eastern European countries)
- Performing the function of a Business Partner in everyday cooperation with the area of road transport
- IT strategy management in the context of cooperation with road transport, making strategic business decisions aimed at the development of information technology in road transport area
- Coordination of IT activities aimed at contributing to the development of road transport
- Providing transformation of the IT landscape within the entire Cluster
- Responsibility for the maintenance and effective implementation of IT technologies
- Responsibility for the effective management of IT services, projects, budget and investments as part of cooperation with road transport
- Taking care of the optimization of the delivery process within the Cluster
- Effective management of the IT department supporting road transport
Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience in the IT department in a managerial position
- Experience in implementing WMS
- Proven experience in managing multifunctional and geographically dispersed teams and projects
- Ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders
- Experience in the analysis and modeling of business processes (BPM / UML)
- Experience in cooperation with a business client
- Higher education in the area of computer science
- Openness to new solutions and new challenges
- Very good business sense and the ability to understand business processes
- Very good command of spoken and written English
