For our client, an international company from the logistics industry, we are looking for an experienced Manager of one of the branches in the Silesian Voivodeship.

Main role assumptions

Responsibility for the implementation of the budget and the results of the branch. Providing the customer with the highest level of service. Managing a subordinate team while maintaining responsibility for the work and safety of the team of employees.


Zakres obowiązków

  • Development and implementation of a new strategy for the development of the company's operations to increase sales of services
  • Proposing alternative solutions for the implementation of the logistics service to the client
  • Optimizing available resources to achieve the set goals
  • Creating long-term customer relationships by organizing meetings and activity summaries
  • Creating and implementing a branch budget, planning sales, costs and profits for implemented programs and projects
  • Monitoring and verifying the degree of budget implementation
  • Effective management of a subordinate team of employees
  • Motivating the team, improving productivity, quality of work and caring for the development of the subordinate team
  • Management of transport and forwarding processes
  • Supervision over the implementation of transport and forwarding operations in accordance with applicable external and internal regulations of the company
  • Conducting price negotiations and determining the terms of cooperation with subcontractors
  • Market monitoring, verification of current service providers and selection of new ones
  • Fleet management in accordance with internal regulations, control of cost and sales invoices
  • Creating reports on the current situation of the targeted activity area
  • Monitoring of assumed goals, work standards and taking corrective actions if necessary


  • Min. 5 years of managerial experience in a logistics company
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge and compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code, Regulations, OHS and fire protection procedures and instructions.
  • Enforcing the above regulations, procedures and instructions from subordinate employees
  • Ability to manage people and motivate them to work
  • Entrepreneurship, independence and very good work organization
  • Strong motivation, ingenuity and commitment to performed duties
