For our Client, a global leader providing superior health and safety protection solutions, we are looking for Sales Specialist who would like to join a global team in a newly created position.

Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Cracow

Key assumptions of the role

Drive sales growth by managing an existing portfolio of distributors. Identify new opportunities from lead generation activities, re-engage with an existing business. Execute sales and marketing web campaigns. Ensure CRM data quality accuracy. 

Zakres obowiązków

  • Contact with customers to identify and qualify new potential opportunities for increasing sales
  • Tracking the company's existing operations and dedicated base of distributors to optimize the work of field sales team
  • Building effective relationships with segmented clients by maintaining regular contacts and thorough understanding of clients' business needs
  • Act as an internal CRM specialist and manage the CRM database to ensure the accuracy of customer data
  • Work closely with the field sales team to achieve sales goals and regularly update about sales activities
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support and conduct marketing / event campaigns
  • Providing commercial support to the field sales team for the effective management of territories
  • Effective ongoing cooperation with all departments (Customer Service / Marketing / Sales)
  • Support for the Global Supply Chain to optimize the stocks by selling excess and obsolete stocks


  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management or telesales in an international company on a customer interfacing position
  • Higher education, university degree
  • Very good English, Polish – must have
  • Knowledge of other European language will be an asset
  • Good use of MS Office tools and business management systems (SAP/CRM)
  • Excellent telephone and written skills to communicate by phone and e-mail on a daily basis
  • Ability to work independently and organize work effectively
  • Willingness to be flexible with time and adjust to a changing work environment
